Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any “no-shows” or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
All deposits are non- refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel you forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit to schedule an appointment
Please send me a message if you are running behind, my grace period is 15 minutes.
No refunds on services rendered.
Clients who no call, no show forfeit their deposit as well.
